Day Centre Coordinator

This role is a full-time role working closely with collaboration with Business Manager. The Coordinator ensures the provision of outstanding service to older people who attend the St Basil's Day Care Centres.

You will be responsible for:

• Proactively lead the Day Centre workers to provide quality care and services to attendees.
• Lead the development, coordination and implementation of range of strategies to grow the Day Centre
• Lead the communication and assessment processes for the Day Centres
• Day Centre's continues quality improvement program and reporting
• Support the marketing of St Basil's Day Centre programs
• Attend networking meetings and forums to support business unit development

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with older people
• Demonstrated experience in administration and scheduling
• Ability to tailor conversations to the audience
• Effective listening skills
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literacy
