Administration Coordinator

Come join our team at St Basil’s Homes NSW & ACT, you'll be working alongside an incredibly supportive team.  

As an Administration Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the Business Manager the team and wonderful clients and their families with the day to day running of our community services.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supervise, lead and support the Administration Team, Care Coordinators and Support Staff
  • Provide administrative support to manage office operations including procurement of supplies.
  • Oversee documentation and record management of physical and digital files.
  • Assist with financial and budgetary support including processing invoices and, purchase orders and traveling expenses.
  • Ensure the administrative process comply with internal policies and external regulations and industry best practices.
  • Compile data and prepare reports and present findings to senior management as required.

To succeed in this role, you will need to:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in administrative role, including team management or supervisory responsibilities.
  • Experience in managing budgets, finances, and purchase orders. 
  • Strong proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.) and project management tools. 
  • Leadership and team management skills, with experience in coaching and developing staff. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
