ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to our Customer Experience & Admissions Manager, you will be assisting with admissions to our homes, ensuring effective service coordination.
You will be the first point of contact for individuals and families, welcoming them to St Basils. You will provide a welcoming, professional, and supportive admission experience, while managing administrative processes to support a quality and caring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming referrals, inquiries, and admission appointments
- Respond to enquiries in a timely manner, ensuring potential clients receive clear and relevant information to assist in their decision-making.
- Schedule and coordinate tours of our sites. Guide clients through the process with a strong focus on customer service, ensuring a positive first experience with St Basil’s.
- Facilitate a streamlined and responsive admission process, ensuring service agreements, budgets, and documentation are prepared and reviewed promptly.
- Provide information on our services, processes, and available support.
- Manage interpreting services for clients who require language support.
- Attend relevant team and admission meetings, providing contributions to service coordination.
- Provide general administrative support to management as required.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:
You will demonstrate:
- Relevant qualification in aged care, community services, business administration, or a related field (desirable but not essential).A solid understanding of administrative procedures
- High-level customer service and client engagement skills, with the ability to build rapport and guide clients through the admissions process.
- Experience in customer service, sales, lead conversion, or client relationship management, with a focus on service uptake and growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and client management systems
- Excellent attention to detail with high quality work standards.
